17 year old Ukrainian plotted terror attacks in Russia

Artur Panov, 17 year old Ukrainian crossed the border to Russia on November 24 with one goal in mind – to commit terror attacks inside Russia.

Young man rented a room in the city of Rostov. That is where law enforcement officials found home made explosive device which had similar explosive capabilities as an F-1 grenade.

In Artur’s laptop law enforcement found detailed plans of future terror attacks.

As it turned out city of Rostov was suppose to be a testing site. After an attack in Rostov Artur planned to go to Moscow to carry out more terrorist attacks there.

Thanks to local police and FSB terror plot was foiled.
