Ex-Georgian president, wanted at home, becomes governor in Ukraine

Georgia’s former President Mikhail Saakashvili, wanted by his country’s prosecutors for embezzlement, abuse of power and politically-motivated attacks, has been appointed governor of Ukraine’s Odessa region. Russian Jets Force US Navy Destroyer Away From Territorial Waters

Russian Navy Su-24 jets forced US Navy destroyer USS Ross to go into neutral waters in the Black Sea, a source in Crimea’s security forces told RIA Novosti.
