Dmytro Yarosh – Ukrainian presidential candidate calls to start partisan warfare in Crimea

May 17, Dmytri Yarosh – leader of neo-Nazi group “Right Sector” and a candidate to Ukrainian presidency during televised debates has called to start partisan warfare in Crimea.

Ultra-nationalist leader, against whom Russian Federation has opened terrorism related criminal cases, has said: “Crimea was and is Ukrainian” he went o to say that “to return Crimea we have to start partisan warfare there involving local population of Crimen Tatars.”

One of the viewers has asked Yarosh about his plan to de-escalate the situation in southeastern Ukraine. Yarosh went on to say: “I’m against military action in the southeast region, what we have to do is click the leaders of the southeastern separatists.” Host has asked Yarosh what does he mean by ‘clicking’ the leaders. Yarosh answered: “we have to physically eliminate them.”

Yarosh has promised that if he is elected president he will appoint euromaidan activists on the highest posts of the nation.

Yarosh has commented on the possibility of federalization. “We cannot federalization take place, it will lead to the destruction of the republic of Ukraine.”

Preliminary presidential election has been set for May 25.
