Russian humanitarian aid will be in Lugansk soon

By | August 22, 2014

August 22, despite Kiev’s attempt to stall humanitarian aid to Lugansk region, 145 trucks have crossed the border and will reach Lugansk soon.

Shortly after humanitarian help crossed the border Ukrainian armed forces began shelling the city of Lugansk with greater intensity. Majority of explosion have been seen in a region where humanitarian trucks plan to park.

Kiev have been stalling aid for two days thus running the risk for some of the medicine to go bad without refrigeration.

After blockading Donetsk and Lugansk regions Kiev has disrupted power, water, and other supplies to the regions to starve and demoralize locals, majority of whom disagree with coup installed nationalist government in Kiev.
