Ukrainian Right Sector extremists pull their forces to Donetsk – Map

Donetsk recon units report that extremist nationalist Ukrainian Right Sector organization has been concentrating personnel and arms near Donetsk – said deputy commander of Defense Ministry of Donetsk Eduard Basurin.

“Near Bakhmutovka region (in Kiev occupied Yasinovatskiy locality) has been recorded arrival of three tanks. North of Gorlovka two tanks, one armored vehicle and 60 Right Sector extremists have been recorded. West of Donetsk 14 km away, 30 armored vehicles have been recorded.

Additionally, Uragan artillery system and 24 trucks with personnel and ammunition have been recorded to be moving in the direction of Donetsk.

According to Minsk agreements which was signed on February 12, 2015 by Kiev and Donetsk and witnessed by Germany, Russian and France, any weapon over 100 mm have to be relocated at least 50 km from front lines. Artillery systems have to be moved 70 km from front lines and larger artillery systems Tornado, Uragan, and Smerch have to be moved 140 km from front lines. According to September addition to Minsk agreement 100 mm and smaller artillery systems including tanks and howitzers have to be pulled from front lines as well.
